MEET    Mr. Feng

Mr. Feng Founder of White Lotus Asian Bistro, Has become one of the greattes  Asian Chef in Puerto Rico, Born In 1985 ,Canton, China.  immigrated to the US with his parents at the age 5 Dedicated to the art of the chinese cuisine  from his Master Chef Sensei Chow , Mr. feng move to the USA  for study Pshicology, Graduate in PR.

He grow up in a family of cooks and Buisness Man's. Open his first White Lotus restaurant In 2011.Opened in The Chardon Ave. San Juan, Puerto Rico,with top chefs serving authentic Cantonese and Japanese cuisine and with envolving creative original recepies over the time .



China has a history of over 5000 years and its cuisine has envolved time. Its culinary techniques , preparations and serving af food have been develope to the higthest levels. Chinese culture has an History and is concidered Art and science.



Mr. Feng has been serving high cuisine as a foundation along with our original recepies, using the best and fresh ingrident  on every plate we designed. We focus on presentation, varety and creating a harmonius taste in your meal.
